About
Dr. Travis Hearne is the founder and Principal Consultant for Titanium Leadership Consulting (TLC), a nine-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps, former Department of Defense Civilian, public speaker, educator, and coach with over 17 years of leadership and organizational change expertise. As a Marine, he served as a Senior Intelligence Analyst with 1st Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion out of Camp Pendleton, California, leading teams to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2008-2009, and Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2010. From 2011-2016 he served as a Senior Intelligence Analyst at United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM), leading teams focusing on the analysis of terrorist threats to the homeland, transnational criminal organization, and organizational transformation. After his honorable discharge from the Marine Corps in 2016, Travis continued his service as a USNORTHCOM civilian, first as an intelligence officer for the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), as a counter-narcotics and counter-cartel expert, and as the Lead Interagency and Operations Specialist for USNORTHCOM as a Department of the Air Force Civilian. Travis is a husband, father to three boys, and author of Hybrid: A Guide for Successfully Leading On-Site and Remote Teams.
Travis graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, then earned a Master’s degree in Homeland Security/Geospatial Intelligence from Pennsylvania State University in 2014. In May, 2021, Travis completed his Doctorate in Education with an emphasis on Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California. Travis has been selected for a number of honor societies to include membership in the Order of the Sword and Shield (Omicron Sigma Sigma) honor society - the academic and professional honor society for Homeland Security, Intelligence, Emergency Management, and all Protective Security Disciplines, as well as the elite Harvard Kennedy School’s Executive Education program for Leaders in Homeland Security.
Travis has a passion for leading leaders and truly believes that through transformational and servant leadership, emotional and social intelligence, that the future leaders of this country will continue to make a difference on a global scale.
