Who: Anyone looking to level up their leadership through world class leadership training & authentic community. 
What: A Monthly Leadership Cohort where we will spend 1.5 hours learning and the rest of the time networking and sharing a meal together. 

Where: 1175 Chapel Hills Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80920 in the main event center.

When: The 1st Friday of every month (With the exception of the first gathering on Thursday, March 6th).

Why: Even in its best moments, leadership can be lonely. But when leaders are isolated during seasons of challenge, the results can be catastrophic. We are a cohort of leaders who are growth-focused, but refuse to go it alone. We believe growth happens best when done in community. Most leadership training programs focus on inspiration. We focus on implementation, action, and community.
